Job Duties:
⚫To assist in liaising and coordinating with Main Contractors, Consultants, Architects, Clients and Sub-contractors in related to Utility and Land surveying
⚫To assist in project planning, technical and material submission
⚫To assist in carrying out field Utility and Land surveying
⚫To handle survey data and prepare survey drawings by using Software AutoCAD, Revit, Recap, Civil3D, GIS etc.
⚫To prepare survey reports

Requirements:
⚫Diploma in Surveying, Science & Engineering or equivalent
⚫Fresh graduate is welcome
⚫Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
⚫Proficient in MS Office
⚫Familiar in using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D and other software programs for drawings but not essential
⚫Holders of Driving License are preferred but not essential
⚫Candidates with experience in utility surveying, BIM, GIS and land surveying might be considered as “Technical Officer (Utility & Land)”
Renumerations and Benefits:
⚫5 days work
⚫$18,000 - $22,000 (depending work experience and education level)
⚫Year-end bonus

9.Manhole Internal Condition Survey (MICS) 沙井內部狀況檢測
10.CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and Sonar Survey for underground drainage system 地下排水系統閉路電視及聲納勘測
11.Water Leakage Detection for underground water supply pipe 地下供水管道漏水檢測
12.Inspection and leak detection of Buried Water-Carrying Services (BWCS) Affecting Slopes 斜坡埋設水管檢查及測漏檢測
13.Flow Monitoring for underground drainage pipes 地下排水管道流量監測
14.Underground pipe cleaning by High Pressure Water Jetting and Mechanical Cleaning 高壓清洗和機械清洗地下管道
15.Pipe replacement by Dig-and-Replace method 開挖式更換管道
16.Pipe rehabilitation by Re-lining method or other Trenchless method 原位固化內襯修復法及非開挖式管道修復
17.Surface Penetrating Radar (SPR) Survey to locate concealed rebar and conduit 高頻雷達探測以定位隱藏的鋼筋和管道
18.Pipeline Thickness Measurement and Condition Survey 管道厚度測量和狀況勘測
19.Topographic Survey 地形測量
20.Tree Survey and Tree Risk Assessment 樹木測量和樹木風險評估
